Bathroom Flood in a Fed-Ex Service Center

These photos show the before and after of carpet removal from a toilet overflow at a Fed-Ex Center. Due to the type of water and category of the loss, the carpet was removed and the sub-floor was disinfected thoroughly. The Fed-Ex was able to stay open during this process due to the location of the loss. The front areas were not affected. The manager of the store was very pleased with the ability to still perform their work and was very happy SERVPRO of Lake Elsinore was able to help make it "Like it never even happened."
